Annual water heater maintenance includes a visual inspection, basic safety and leak checks, and a flush when necessary and is safe for the equipment. Repairs, parts, and replacement work are not included.
An annual home inspection is a visual inspection of accessible plumbing components and includes a condition report. It is not a code inspection, an invasive inspection, or a guarantee against future plumbing issues.Â
Priority booking gives members preferred scheduling ahead of non-members when appointments are limited. Same-day or emergency service is not guaranteed and remains subject to availability.Â
